When will my order arrive?
Credit card orders can usually, though not always, be shipped within 48 hours.
In some situations, we may take up to 5 days to ship your order. Orders for which checks and money orders are sent will require AT LEAST a full week after our receipt of your check before shipping. Actual shipping time depends on the type of service you select (2-3 days for most U.S. orders). Your credit card will not be billed until the merchandise has shipped. If we expect a delay in getting your order out, we will contact you via email.
My international order is extremely late, what do I do?
First, check your post office and customs agency. Many packages get stuck in customs awaiting duty taxes. Since all international orders are shipped via Global Priority, we can provide you with a tracking number. Depending on the destination, the tracking number will tell you the last known location of your package at least to the US borders and sometime within the destination country. Feel free to contact us about a late or lost package. |
