Two participants are asked to test out remote viewing under scientific conditions. Random map coordinates are placed on envelopes which are said to contain cities or famous places from around the world inside.

One participant chooses any envelope and, letting no one, not even the performer see what is in it, focuses on the location named inside the envelope.

The second participant is told to close their eyes and honestly name impressions as they come to them. There is no dual reality or prompting here. This participant honestly names their impressions.

Count Cashliostro rarely uses playing cards, save for doing readings. This is a powerful Mind Reading exception. A deck is spread out, closed, and rubber banded. A participant takes the deck, and looks at a card, even taking it out and hiding it in a pocket or purse if desired.

The performer is seen to attempt to Mind Read what card the participant is focusing upon. It may take a quick moment or two, but the performer begins to discuss issues with the person that they are perceiving, and how this relates symbolically to the card they are likely to have in mind.

The performer does a classic Kenton style card reading, and then names the exact card the person may only be thinking about.
