What Is S.A.R.?

S.A.R. stands for Subconscious Analysis and Reprogramming. It began as a collaboration between Kenton Knepper and J. Tank—and quickly proved itself so effective that therapists started using it in professional settings. That was over 30 years ago.

S.A.R. is a psychological type of reading system. A person chooses various colors of pens, crayons, or makers, and makes a bunch of doodles and scribbles. Once the readings part is finished, the person is told to redraw a picture below the first one, as they now want it to be.
